David Bacino – Chief Executive Officer

David Bacino assumed the responsibilities of CEO at CTI towers, January 1st, 2022.

Mr. Bacino also serves as the Operating Partner at Palistar Capital (“Palistar”), an alternative asset manager focused on private equity and structured investments in mission-critical communications infrastructure assets.

Previously, he was the President of Melody Wireless Infrastructure, that successfully sold to Diamond Communications and Sculptor Real Estate for $1.625 billion. In addition, Mr. Bacino has been in the Communications Industry since 1985 and has held senior leadership positions at American Tower, Powerwave Technologies, Terrestar Networks, and Nextel Communications.

Scott Crisler - Chief Operating Officer

Mr. Crisler joined CTI Towers in 2021 and has an extensive wireless background with over 20 years in the wireless industry. Mr. Crisler has experience in every aspect of the tower business ranging from the infrastructure side to site acquisition and development. He is responsible for the oversight of day-to-day operations at CTI, including Sales, Tower Operations, Lease Management and Administration. Earlier in his career he held senior wireless management roles at American Tower and Crown Castle. He also worked with Black and Veatch managing the AT&T network.

Tammy Wolfe - Chief Financial Officer

Tammy joined CTI Towers as the CFO in January 2022. She has been a finance executive for over 20 years, most recently serving as the Vice President, Finance at ExteNet Systems, a wireless telecom infrastructure provider.

During her 11 years at ExteNet, Tammy facilitated the creation of a key asset-backed securitization financing, added an investor to the existing ownership portfolio, and expanded the company’s finance and accounting team. Prior to this role, Tammy spent ten years at Aramark Management Services, where she held senior roles in accounting and finance roles. Early in her career, she held public accounting roles.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from DeVry University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Lisa Linares - Senior Vice President, Strategic Initiatives

Lisa joined CTI Towers in 2012 after several years of experience with start-up companies and leading financial institutions.  Promoted to Vice President in 2018, Lisa oversees all of the company’s strategic initiatives as they relate to 5G, IoT, edge computing, and fiber to CTI’s tower sites. Lisa was previously the company’s controller and oversaw all aspects of the finance/accounting department.  During the Mediacom transaction, she was the point person between the companies coordinating the acquisition tranches.

Jamie Cox – General Counsel

Jamie started his career as a city planner, then practiced land use/zoning law and commercial real estate law at both regional and global law firms. He made the move to in-house counsel, serving in leadership roles for a start-up, a global technology company, and most recently as General Counsel for a transportation technology firm. A North Carolina native, Jamie holds an undergraduate degree from the College of Design at NCSU, and he earned both a Masters’ Degree in Planning and his JD from UNC Chapel Hill. He has long been active in equity and justice issues and was appointed by NC’s Governor to chair the Orange County Board of Elections. Jamie serves as an advisor and supporter to ThriveSeed, a non-profit based in New Delhi, India, serving women and children in need.
